Accessible parking for people with limited mobility is available in the short and long stay car parks. The spaces have been located to ensure easy access to pathways leading to the terminal building.
If you require assistance moving from the car park to the terminal, please press the call button on the ticket machine located at the boom gate as you enter the car park. This will ring through to one of our airport service assistants.
Alternatively, there are dedicated passenger pick up/drop off spaces at the front of the terminal. Vehicles are only permitted in these areas while actively loading or unloading passengers. Please note these areas are not waiting zones.
For security reasons, you must remain with your vehicle while collecting or dropping off passengers at the front of the Terminal at all times. Any vehicle left unattended will be subject to an immediate fine and may be towed. Short Stay parking, located directly opposite the terminal is a very convenient way of dropping off and picking up passengers.
If you wish to farewell your passengers and accompany them into the departures lounge, take advantage of the Short Stay car parking facilities. For more information visit our Public Car Park FAQs.
Toilets for passengers with limited mobility are provided throughout the terminal building. These are located:
- In the check-in area, near the Jetstar check-in desks
- Within the departures lounge near the Newstravels store, and
- In the arrivals area adjacent to the luggage carousels.
Parents rooms are located at both ends of the terminal and each are equipped with a baby change station, toilet facilities, microwave and a nappy disposal unit. They also provide seating for use while feeding.
To assist hearing impaired customers, a hearing loop has been installed. This is designed to allow persons fitted with a hearing aid to be able to clearly hear any announcements made through the terminal PA system. For best results the hearing loop has been installed in the departures lounge near the Rip Curl store.
