Check-In
Airline check-in desks are located at the departures, or northern end, of the Sunshine Coast Airport terminal. Opening and closing times for check-in varies per airline. It is advised to confirm details with your carrier prior to arrival. Sunshine Coast Airport recommends you allow plenty of time for check-in and security procedures.
You are permitted to drop off passengers and accompanying baggage at the terminal kerbside. However, due to Aviation Security requirements you must not leave the vehicle unattended at any time. Any vehicle left unattended will be subject to an immediate fine and may be towed. Also attended vehicles can only remain in the drop off area for a maximum of two minutes whilst unloading passengers.
Parking outside the Terminal is not permitted at any time.
If you wish to farewell your passengers and accompany them to the Terminal, take advantage of the short term car parking facilities and say a ‘long goodbye!’ Short Term Car Park rates start at $4.40 for up to 2 hours.

Baggage trolleys are available free of charge in both the short & long term car parks as well as in the terminal.

For any items lost or found within the Sunshine Coast Airport terminal, please contact Sunshine Coast Airport Reception on (07) 5453 1500.
For assistance with lost or misplaced luggage, luggage left on the baggage carousel, or damaged luggage, please contact your airline directly.
