The airport lease sites (landside/airside) range in area from 600m² to 2420m².
The passenger terminal complex incorporates car rental desks, shuttle bus and taxi desks, a gift shop, coffee shop, kiosk/bar and jewellery shop.
Landside and airside areas of the airport are also available on a lease basis for aviation related development.
Permitted usage includes:
- Aircraft hangarage
- Aircraft maintenance
- Manufacturing and spare part aircraft sales
- Helicopter operations (including parking and maintenance)
- Air cargo facilities
- Flight theory and education purposes
- Vehicle servicing and maintenance
- Vehicle storage
