Does the Airport provide undercover parking?

A:

Undercover parking is not available at Sunshine Coast Airport.

 

Q:

Does the Airport provide secure parking?

A:

Both the long term car parks are locked each night after the last departure.  Security patrols then patrol throughout the night.

 

Q:

Do we need to book for the car park?

A:

No booking is required for the car park.

 

Q:

Can you tell me how much it will cost to park for a certain number of days?

A:

Q:

How do I get to the long term car park?

A:

Q:

Are lockers provided in the terminal?

A:

No.  For security reasons the Airport does not supply storage lockers.

 

Q:

Can I leave my car keys for someone to come and collect my car from the car park?

A:

No.  For security reasons the Airport cannot be responsible for passenger belongings.

I have a flight with Tiger Airways but am finding it difficult making contact with them?

A:

On the day’s Tiger operates services at Sunshine Coast Airport (Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday) they are able to be contacted on (07) 5457 0752.  Telephone service commences one and a half hours prior to the scheduled flight arrival time.  At all other times  please contact Tiger in Melbourne on 03 9335 3033.

How can I check if a flight is on time?

A:

Use our Flight Information Display Screens to check on flight progress.

How long before my flight do I need to be at the Airport?

A:

Please check with your relevant airline as times vary per carrier.

 

Q:

Does the airport provide wireless internet?

A:

Wireless internet access is available at a cost of $5 for half an hour, $10 for 1 hour, or $20 for 1 day.  Internet kiosks are also available at a cost of $2.00 for 10 minutes.
