Sunshine Coast Airport aims to provide an enjoyable airport experience by providing quality services and facilities within the terminal:
Automatic Teller Machine
There are two ATM's located within the terminal building - one adjacent to the News Travels store within the Departure Lounge and one adjacent to the baggage carousels in Arrivals.
Australia Post
An Australia Post mail box is located outside the entry door near Virgin Blue check-in.
Baggage trolleys
Baggage trolleys are available free of charge in both the long and short term car parks as well as in the terminal.
Internet Access
Internet kiosks are available for use within the terminal at the rate of $2 for 10 minutes.
Lost Property
For any items lost or found within the Sunshine Coast Airport terminal, please contact Sunshine Coast Airport reception on (07) 5453 1500.
For assistance with lost or misplaced luggage, luggage left on the baggage carousel, or damaged luggage, please contact your airline directly.
For items lost in taxis on the way to or from the airport, please contact Suncoast Cabs directly on (07) 5451 7500.
No Smoking Area
Smoking is not permitted inside the terminal or within four metres of an entry door.
Passenger Assistance
Sunshine Coast Airport Service Assistants are available to provide assistance to passengers. To contact an Assistant use the service phones located in the arrivals hall and departures area.
Public Amenities and Parents Room
Public toilets are located near check-in, within the departures lounge and also at the arrivals end near the baggage carousels.
Parent's rooms are located at both ends of the terminal and are equipped with a baby change station, toilet facilities and a nappy disposal unit, as well as seating for use while feeding.
Public Telephone
There are two payphones located within the terminal building - one adjacent to the News Travels store within the departure lounge and one near the baggage carousels in the arrivals area. Both phones accept phonecards and coins for your convenience.
Special Needs Facilities
Accessible parking for mobility impaired persons is available in the short and long term car parks. The spaces have been located to ensure easy access to pathways leading to the terminal building.
If you require assistance from the car park to the terminal please press the call button on the ticket machine located at the boom gate as you enter the car park.
Disabled toilet facilities are located at both the departures and arrivals ends of the terminal.
Visitor information Centre
A visitor information desk is located in the arrivals area near the baggage carousel. The friendly staff at the information desk are there to help and are more than happy to provide assistance with any queries you may have in relation to your Sunshine Coast visit.
