Client-side Project Manager
Reporting to the General Manager Infrastructure and Planning, the Project Manager will be responsible for facilitating, planning and overseeing all business as usual and small to medium works projects across the airport precinct. The Project Manager will direct and coordinate the end-to-end contracts administration, tender delivery, design and construct, and close out processes for multiple projects across the airport. This is a concept-completion role which will be responsible for ensuring the continuous improvement of our Terminal, Aero and Car Park precincts by working with various internal and external stakeholders to identify projects for upgrades. Manager – Customer Experience
Reporting to the General Manager Operations, the Manager – Customer Experience is responsible for the delivery of quality terminal operations on a day-to-day basis. This person will lead a team of multidiscipline professionals in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with responsibility for the safe, secure, and efficient operation of the terminal. This position is accountable for promoting a culture of operational excellence and upholding our core values with a collaborative approach, taking accountability, being connected, agile and customer-centric.
