Making an Enquiry or Complaint
Aircraft noise management is a shared responsibility and we remain committed to working together with industry, government and the community to proactively manage and minimise noise impacts on local residents.
Airservices Australia is responsible for managing enquiries and complaints about aircraft noise and operations through their Noise Complaints and Information Service (NCIS).
You can lodge an enquiry or complaint:
- by phone Monday to Friday from 9.00am to 5.00pm AEST on 1800 802 584
- via Webtrak
- using their online form.
