Managing Your Car Park Booking
You can update your details, modify your booking and cancel your online car park bookings up to 1 hour prior to your booked entry time. You can even get your booking confirmation email re-sent.

Note, prices for amended bookings are based on prices available at the time of the amendment, rather than at the time of the original booking.
If you are cancelling your booking, you are eligible for a refund in full as long as your cancellation is completed 24 hours or more prior to your booking start time.
What happens if I arrive late for my booking? If you are running late, your booking is still valid. You can arrive in your booked car park up to 5 hours and 59 minutes after your booked arrival day and time. However, unused parts of your booking cannot be refunded.
