WHERE CAN I GET A COPY OF THE CAR PARKING CHARGES?
Please note if you are booking online the minimum duration of stay is 24 hours.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO TRANSIT A CAR PARK BEFORE I AM CHARGED?
WHERE CAN I PARK MY MOTORCYCLE AT THE SUNSHINE COAST AIRPORT?
WHERE CAN I PARK MY BICYCLE AT THE SUNSHINE COAST AIRPORT?
CAN I GET A TAX RECEIPT FOR MY PARKING PAYMENT?
WHERE CAN I STOP TO PICK UP OR DROP OFF A PASSENGER?
There are dedicated passenger pick up/drop off spaces at the front of the terminal. Vehicles are only permitted in these areas whilst actively loading or unloading passengers.
Please note these areas are not waiting zones. For security reasons, you must remain with your vehicle while collecting or dropping off passengers at the front of the Terminal at all times. Any vehicle left unattended will be subject to an immediate fine and may be towed.
Our car parks offer an affordable and very convenient way of dropping off and picking up passengers. Pricing starts at $5 for up to 30 minutes in the ParkSaver car park.
WHICH CAR PARKS HAVE DISABLED ACCESS PARKING SPACES?
All car parks have disabled access parking spaces. Click here to return to the Parking page and refer to the car park map for their location.
Please note you must display a valid Australian Disability Parking Permit when utilising a disabled access space.
Unauthorised parking in areas designated for people with disabilities is considered a serious offence.
WHAT ARE THE HEIGHT RESTRICTIONS FOR VEHICLES ENTERING THE CAR PARKS?
ParkTerminal is 2.9m, ParkSaver is 5.5m, ParkCovered is 2.4m and ParkValue has no height restrictions. Please note ParkSaver has a sharp turn left to gain access to this car park. Longer vehicles such as campervans and trucks may not be able to navigate into this car park safely. If you have any concerns, please contact our office on 1300 993 543 during business hours.
CAN I PARK MY CAMPERVAN OR CAR WITH A TRAILER IN YOUR CAR PARKS?
WHAT IF I MISPLACE MY CREDIT CARD OR IT IS STOLEN AFTER I HAVE USED IT TO ENTER THE CAR PARK?
Upon return to the airport, please proceed to the service phone located to the right of the check-in counters beside the Sunshine Coast Airport Terminal Office entry door.
This phone will enable you to speak to an airport team member. Alternatively, you can email our office at parking@sunshinecoastairport.com.au.
WHO DO I CONTACT IF I NEED ASSISTANCE IN THE CAR PARK?
Airport staff are available to assist onsite during Terminal operational hours.
Please press and hold for 3 seconds one of the ‘Help’ buttons which are located on all car park entries, exits and automatic pay machines. This will call an airport team member. Please wait by the device in order to speak to the team member via the intercom.
If you are in the car park after Terminal operational hours and require assistance to exit, please contact Wilson Parking 24/7 ParkWatch on 1300 555 320 or please press and hold for 3 seconds one of the ‘Help” buttons which are located on all car park entries, exits and automatic pay machines.
Always call 000 in an emergency requiring the police, fire rescue or an ambulance.

Alternatively, please proceed to the intercom located to the right of the check-in counters beside the Sunshine Coast Airport staff entry door.
I REQUIRE ASSISTANCE FROM MY CARER TO GET TO THE TERMINAL - HOW LONG CAN THEY LEAVE THEIR VEHICLE UNATTENDED?
For accessible parking, we will provide your Short Term parking at no charge. Stays are not permitted to be longer than what is required to assist a passenger to their airline agent at check-in, gate for departure or meet at gate on arrival. Must be able to provide valid accessible parking decal.
