Transport Options

Suncoast Cabs operate to and from the Airport. The taxi rank is located in front of the arrivals hall of the terminal.

A taxi service fee of $3.00 applies to all taxis picking up passengers from the Sunshine Coast Airport Terminal. Taxi drivers are authorised under the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) Act 1994 to add this $3.00 Taxi Service Fee to the fare shown on the meter at the end of the trip. There is no charge for set down at the airport.

Con-X-ion Airport Transfers operates transfer services that go door-to-door.

Currently, shuttle services are available north from Sunshine Coast Airport toward Noosa.

South of Sunshine Coast Airport, Con-X-ion only offer private charter services.

A number of rideshare providers operate on the Sunshine Coast, including:

A $4.40 (incl. GST) pick-up fee applies to all rideshare trips.

Translink operates a public bus service that runs through Sunshine Coast Airport. The bus stop is located to the right of the Check-In Departures area. Passengers can purchase Translink ‘Go Explore’ cards at our Arrivals South café. Perfect for a short trip to our region, Go Explore cards cost $10 a day for adults, and $5 a day for children.
