We’re seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our Sunshine Ambassador Volunteer Program and contribute to meaningful moments that enhance the passenger journey through Sunshine Coast Airport.
We are now taking expressions of interest to join our Sunshine Ambassador Volunteer Program to be part of something new and exciting.
As an airport Sunshine Ambassador, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the experience of travellers and visitors at Sunshine Coast Airport. You will provide assistance, information, and support to travellers, creating a positive and seamless journey through the airport. Your friendly demeanour, willingness to help, and dedication to excellent customer service will contribute to creating a welcoming and efficient environment.
We prefer people to be available for several positions for 2 shifts per week, spanning 4 hours per day, between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday to Sunday. These Ambassador roles involve being mobile throughout the terminal providing customer facing support, where you will provide a community service which makes a difference to those travelling to and from the Sunshine Coast and join like-minded individuals all while having fun gaining valuable experience and insights into the operations of an airport.
